put some vasaline on it tht stop the rust or paint it hammirite
but u need to get rid of the rust use some wet & Dry paper and sand it off Fine Stuff Try not to dammage it lol
i dont own 1 but im guessing its a solid bit of iron bar with a thread its not gonna rust though but might cause probs if you wanna change the knob or service the parts
got warrenty law is 1 year manufactures, send it back get a new 1
Just to add i c you live in a hot climate the rust is proberbly comming from you (your Sweet, Palms/wrists) get a fan close to you while you play or clean the equipment after use sounds a bit drab but they are £200 so id wanna lookafter it
*Umm Your wheel turns 900* so try tht in lfs controler turn
*recallibrate it under windows
*re intall your game wheel drivers
*have you any "marco" settings ie do u use your wheel to look as well check them
it sounds like lfs is reading the movment way to much ie.. if your turning your wheel 180 and getting 360 the controler turn muct be set half way so the movment is dobbled, cant think of what could be wrong with the wheel appart from the pots
PS..
im after a wheel set any ideas how you finding yours...
its been to long now ive been useing the old ps2 styer gamepad and with testing the new patch I NEED a racing wheel
BUT
Im not getting the G25 as ive seen it do strange things and it still generly feals like electronics rather than feedback
my main buy will be the shifter and pedals im looking at ether making my own or buying some
1)i realy want to know if you can get the bite point in the clutch in any pedals (force feedback or spring tech)
2)the shifter has to have a good real "Clunk" into gear and stay there
3)Heal toe would be anouther thing id like to lern
ive found a few things i like and seen good reviews about but im stuck on the wheel do i go for a force feedback or do i go for one with springs or bungie (and yes i know ill be forever changing them)
Please please any adivce on what to get or were to go would be amazing
